I have been running classes for over six years making my classes the longest running in Cardiff and I aim to provide a relaxing, friendly and supportive environment in which to massage your baby and meet other mums and their babies. There are no fixed course start dates so you can join a class when it suits you but classes do need to be prebooked in blocks of five. Please download and complete a booking form and email it to me to register your interest. I will send you further information and advise you on availability of spaces for your chosen venue and dates. Tuesday afternoons 12.45. Refreshments are available. There is street parking close to the venue or if unavailable there is unrestricted street parking available a short walk from the venue. Enjoy free use of the cafe after classes. View map
